  1. Oversee supply chain process: The Associate Buyer/Planner will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to ensuring timely delivery to support production needs.
  2. Ensure timely delivery: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all materials are delivered on time, in the right quantity and quality, to support production schedules and meet customer demands.
  3. Procurement: The Associate Buyer/Planner will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials from suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing vendor relationships.
  4. Inventory management: This role will involve monitoring inventory levels, forecasting future needs, and developing strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The successful candidate will work closely with various departments such as production, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.
  6. Analyze data: The Associate Buyer/Planner will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to support supply chain operations.
  7. Continuous improvement: We are looking for an individual who is constantly seeking ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Maintain records and documentation: This role involves maintaining accurate records and documentation related to procurement, inventory, and supplier performance.
  9. Communication: The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with suppliers, internal teams, and management to provide updates on procurement status, potential delays, and any supply chain issues.
  10. Adhere to company policies and regulations: The Associate Buyer/Planner will be expected to adhere to all company policies and regulations related to procurement, supplier management, and supply chain processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Procurement Or Planning, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Purchasing Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Inventory Management.
