  1. Procurement and Sourcing: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services from approved suppliers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and maintain appropriate stock levels to support production and minimize excess inventory.
  3. Vendor Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality products, and competitive pricing.
  4. Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans to meet business needs.
  5. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve cost reduction targets.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
  7. Data Analysis: Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain process.
  8. Project Management: Manage projects related to procurement and supply chain, including new product launches, supplier changes, and cost reduction initiatives.
  9. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment and transparency in the procurement process.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Planning Within A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Familiarity With Erp Systems And Supply Chain Processes, Preferably With Experience Using Sap.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
