- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the ENT division in the designated region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to promote Medtronic's ENT products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- Train and educate sales representatives on product features, benefits, and selling points to ensure a thorough understanding and effective communication with customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues or challenges.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Ent Field.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field, With A Focus On Sales Or Marketing.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Customers.
Strong Knowledge Of The Ent Market, Including Competitors, Products, And Trends.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Motivate A Sales Team.
