  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the ENT division in the designated region.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to promote Medtronic's ENT products and services.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
  5. Train and educate sales representatives on product features, benefits, and selling points to ensure a thorough understanding and effective communication with customers.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues or challenges.
  7. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any customer concerns or issues.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including but not limited to, financial and legal requirements.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their performance and achieve their professional development goals.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's mission, vision, and values, and act as a positive role model for the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Ent Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field, With A Focus On Sales Or Marketing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Customers.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Ent Market, Including Competitors, Products, And Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Motivate A Sales Team.
