  1. Record and reconcile all incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
  2. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in company records.
  3. Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  6. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
  7. Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  8. Keep track of outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.
  9. Participate in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to financial transactions and accounting principles.
  12. Provide support to other team members as needed.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Accounting Principles: A Strong Understanding Of Basic Accounting Principles, Such As Debits And Credits, Is Necessary For An Ar/Cash Posting Specialist At Medtronic. This Includes Knowledge Of Financial Statements And General Ledger Entries.

  • Experience With Accounts Receivable: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Accounts Receivable, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry. This Includes Experience With Billing, Collections, And Cash Posting.

  • Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Crucial In This Role, As The Ar/Cash Posting Specialist Will Be Responsible For Reconciling And Posting Large Volumes Of Payments. A Strong Attention To Detail Is Necessary To Ensure All Transactions Are Recorded Correctly.

  • Communication Skills: This Position Requires Frequent Communication With Internal Teams, Customers, And Vendors. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Resolving Any Billing Or Payment Issues.

  • Proficiency In Accounting Software: Medtronic Utilizes Various Accounting Software Systems For Their Accounts Receivable And Cash Posting Processes. Candidates Should Have Experience With These Systems, Or Be Able To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Software.
