Accounts Receivable/ Cash Posting Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain accounts receivable records, including creating and sending invoices, reconciling customer payments, and processing adjustments.
2. Post cash receipts to the general ledger and follow up on any discrepancies.
3. Manage customer accounts, including credit limits and collections.
4. Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of customer accounts.
6. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end closings.
8. Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
9. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
10. Adhere to all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
