1. Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations on patients using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
2. Perform accurate and timely documentation of all examinations, including patient history and test results.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and individualized patient care.
4. Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
5. Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
6. Stay up-to-date on current techniques and advancements in vascular technology.
7. Follow all infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Educate patients on the procedure and answer any questions they may have.
9. Assist with scheduling and organizing patient appointments and procedures.
10. Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, ensuring a positive and professional work environment.
11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
12. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
13. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and compassionate manner.
14. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
