Utility Worker

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and polishing, to maintain the facility in a safe, clean, and compliant condition.
2. Follow instructions and work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
3. Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
4. Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods of time.
5. Utilize proper cleaning supplies and techniques according to regulatory standards.
6. Read, write, and communicate in English.
7. Work with a team in a professional and collaborative manner.
8. Identify and report any maintenance or repairs needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
