As a crucial member of our organization, you will oversee a team of Patient Access Representatives and ensure the smooth operation of our registration and scheduling processes.   1. Oversee and manage a team of Patient Access Representatives.
  2. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of registration and scheduling processes.
  3. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development.
  4. Monitor team performance and productivity, taking corrective action when necessary.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to improve patient access and flow.
  6. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.
  8. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, superiors, and other departments.
  9. Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.
  12. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members.
  13. Handle escalated patient inquiries or complaints as needed.
  14. Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  15. Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Patient Access Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Insurance Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Patient Access Processes And Workflows.
