- Oversee and manage a team of Patient Access Representatives.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of registration and scheduling processes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient access and flow.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, superiors, and other departments.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members.
- Handle escalated patient inquiries or complaints as needed.
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Patient Access Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Insurance Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Patient Access Processes And Workflows.
