Responsibilities:

• Receive and distribute medical supplies and equipment to various health centers in a timely and accurate manner. • Monitor stock levels and ensure all supplies are up to date and in stock. • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing supplies. • Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient supply chain operations. • Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment. • Monitor supply chain trends and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. • Proactively develop strategies to reduce costs and improve customer service. • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure all supply chain needs are met. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for receiving and distribution. • Provide customer service support to ensure customer satisfaction. • Handle inquiries and respond to customer needs in a timely manner. • Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical counts.
