1. Operate and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
2. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment to identify and address any potential issues before they become major problems.
3. Troubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of patients and staff.
