Staffing Specialist

The Staffing Specialist must possess strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude in order to ensure satisfaction of MedStar Health's staff and patients.To be considered for this role, a minimum of 3 years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
