  1. Develop and implement staffing strategies to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  3. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure high-quality hires.
  4. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting background checks and coordinating orientation.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
  6. Create and maintain employee schedules, taking into account patient needs and employee availability.
  7. Monitor and track employee attendance and address any issues or concerns.
  8. Identify and address staffing gaps or shortages in a timely manner.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for both employees and managers regarding staffing and scheduling inquiries.
  10. Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve staffing processes.
  12. Ensure all staffing activities are in line with company values and policies.
  13. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
