Staffing Associate

The ideal candidate will have the qualifications, knowledge, and experience necessary to ensure that our staffing needs are met.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and will have at least three years of experience in a staffing role. The candidate should also possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize effectively. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate staffing activities to ensure that staffing requirements are met.
2. Develop processes and procedures to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective staffing strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze staffing trends, workloads, and staffing needs to make recommendations for improvement.
5. Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
6. Provide staffing advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders.
7. Create and maintain staffing reports to track staffing activities and progress.
8. Maintain accurate records of staffing activities and processes.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
10. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure staffing needs are met.
