Master Of Social Work (Msw) Degree From A Reputable University, With A Focus On Clinical Social Work And/Or Healthcare Settings.
Valid State Licensure For Clinical Social Work (Lcsw) And/Or Healthcare Social Work (Lcsw-C).
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Post-Graduate Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Facility.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Healthcare Systems, And Insurance Policies.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Culturally Competent Care To Diverse Populations.
