  1. Analyze and evaluate revenue cycle processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and patterns in revenue cycle performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, billing, and coding, to improve revenue cycle processes and achieve organizational goals.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to revenue cycle management, and provide regular reports and updates to leadership.
  5. Conduct audits and reviews of revenue cycle processes and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to reduce revenue leakage and increase revenue capture.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our processes.
  8. Train and educate staff on revenue cycle processes and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle processes, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership on potential areas for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance revenue cycle systems and tools, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and timely collection of payments from payers.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks in revenue cycle processes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Revenue Cycle Management Or Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Regulations, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Revenue Cycle Management Software And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
