Rehabilitation Technician

The successful candidate should have experience in the field of rehabilitation and a commitment to excellence.The Rehabilitation Technician will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of rehabilitation services, including but not limited to therapeutic exercise, activities, and modalities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with a strong interest in rehabilitation and an aptitude for problem-solving.Required Qualifications:• Associate’s Degree in a related field• Experience in the field of rehabilitation• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency with basic computer applications• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy• Ability to interact with patients in a professional and caring manner• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the delivery of rehabilitation services, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities.
2. Ensure quality of care and patient safety at all times.
3. Maintain accurate patient charts and records.
4. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the rehabilitation team.
5. Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation and wellness.
6. Assist with scheduling and maintaining an efficient patient flow.
7. Participate in professional development activities to maintain and expand knowledge and skills.
8. Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Maintain current CPR certification.
