Registered Nurse Special Care Nursery

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to newborns and their families in a compassionate and professional manner. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work collaboratively with other medical professionals, maintain a patient-focused approach, and exhibit excellent clinical judgment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery setting and a valid RN license. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional care and support to newborns and their families in a compassionate and professional manner.
2. Collaborate with other medical professionals and maintain a patient-focused approach.
3. Exercise excellent clinical judgment and decision making.
4. Maintain a valid RN license and remain up-to-date on best practices in neonatal care.
5. Work with the team to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
6. Monitor and document newborn patients' progress.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
8. Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members.
9. Educate families on newborn care.
10. Administer medications and treatments as needed.
