Active Rn License: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Unrestricted Rn License Issued By The State In Which They Will Be Practicing.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Prior To Starting The Residency Program, Candidates Must Have Completed A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Previous Nursing Experience: While Not Required, Candidates With At Least One Year Of Clinical Experience As An Rn Are Preferred For The Residency Program.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Registered Nurse, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members Is Crucial. Additionally, Strong Critical Thinking Skills Are Necessary To Provide Safe And Effective Patient Care.
