1. Provide exceptional patient care: The primary responsibility of this role is to provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with MedStar Health's standards and protocols.
2. Participate in the RN Residency Program: This individual will be responsible for actively participating in the RN Residency Program, which includes attending training sessions, completing assignments, and actively engaging in learning opportunities.
3. Develop professional skills: This role requires the individual to actively seek out opportunities to further develop their nursing skills and knowledge, and to apply them in a clinical setting.
4. Advance in their career: The individual will be responsible for taking advantage of opportunities for career advancement within MedStar Health, including pursuing further education and training.
