Registered Nurse - Physician Office

The successful candidate will be an organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for providing quality healthcare services.The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, as well as consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of medical terminology, be able to collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team, and be able to effectively prioritize tasks.The ideal candidate must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Maryland, have at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, and have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Along with strong clinical skills, the candidate should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality healthcare services to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
2. Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate any changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
4. Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing assessment and care.
5. Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
6. Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatments, and self-care.
7. Utilize medical terminology and technical skills to ensure the accuracy of patient care.
8. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
9. Remain up-to-date on best practices, healthcare regulations, and new technologies.
10. Develop and implement patient care plans.
11. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
