- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and home care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
