As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of our outpatient facilities in the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.   1. Oversee and coordinate the operations of all outpatient facilities within the designated region.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction in the community.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community leaders, and government agencies.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for all outpatient facilities in the region.
  7. Recruit, hire, and train staff to maintain a high-performing team that delivers quality care to patients.
  8. Provide ongoing support and guidance to facility managers and staff to ensure consistency and excellence in care delivery.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams within MedStar Health to improve coordination and communication across the organization.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and services.
  11. Communicate regularly with executive leadership to report on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the region.
  12. Serve as a role model and mentor to promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the region.
  13. Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote MedStar Health's mission and services.
  14. Represent MedStar Health in regional healthcare meetings and events.
  15. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures while promoting a culture of ethical behavior and accountability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization, With A Focus On Outpatient Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Outpatient Programs And Services.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Regulations, Particularly Related To Outpatient Care.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Staff, And Other Leaders Within The Organization.
