Procedural Area Materials Technician

This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate supply and equipment management in the procedural areas throughout the facility.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have an Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, 3+ years of experience in a healthcare supply chain setting, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Manage timely and accurate supply and equipment management for procedural areas throughout the facility.
2. Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for medical and surgical supplies.
3. Track and monitor supply and equipment order requests.
4. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply and equipment orders.
6. Troubleshoot supply and equipment issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
7. Monitor and analyze supply and equipment usage trends.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
10. Develop and implement supply chain initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
