We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our medical practice. As a Practice Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our practice, while also maintaining the highest level of patient satisfaction.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and overall efficiency.
  2. Ensure that all employees follow proper protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and effective work environment.
  3. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
  7. Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  9. Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff to address any concerns or issues and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the practice.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  12. Ensure compliance with all confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
  13. Manage and allocate resources efficiently to ensure the practice operates within budget.
  14. Handle escalated patient inquiries and complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Represent the practice at community events and professional meetings to promote the organization and its services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In A Multi-Specialty Medical Practice.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Supervise And Mentor A Team Of Medical Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.
