  1. Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the medical practice by managing and coordinating daily activities, including scheduling, billing, and patient care.
  2. Manage Team of Healthcare Professionals: Supervise and lead a team of doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the highest level of performance and patient satisfaction.
  3. Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and ensure the practice is in compliance with all legal requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  4. Develop and Implement Policies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.
  5. Monitor Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the practice, including revenue, expenses, and budget, and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Maintain Patient Satisfaction: Ensure that patients receive exceptional care and have a positive experience at the practice by overseeing patient feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
  7. Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring that the practice has a skilled and motivated team to deliver high-quality care.
  8. Foster Collaborative Relationships: Work closely with other departments and healthcare providers to foster collaborative relationships and ensure coordinated patient care.
  9. Utilize Technology: Stay current with technological advancements in the healthcare industry and implement new systems and processes to improve practice efficiency and patient outcomes.
  10. Maintain Professionalism and Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, staff, and external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In A Multi-Specialty Practice.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Stakeholders.
