Phlebotomy Laboratory Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory procedures, including collecting patient specimens, preparing specimens for testing, and recording data. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of laboratory results, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and following all safety protocols.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a certification in phlebotomy, and at least one year of experience in a clinical laboratory. You must also be comfortable communicating with patients, as well as have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you must possess a strong commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.
