Patient Registration Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure patient registration accuracy and efficiency by verifying patient information and collecting required documents.
2. Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing concerns.
3. Follow up with patients to ensure all required documentation is received and accurate.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding.
5. Utilize electronic medical records systems to update patient records.
6. Assist with scheduling and appointment management.
7. Assist with patient billing and payment processing.
8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
