
Patient & Guest Relations Representative
MedStar Health is looking for a service-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient & Guest Relations Representative. This position requires a self-motivated person with a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for our patients and guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a commitment to providing a high level of service. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and guests upon arrival and ensure a pleasant and satisfactory experience throughout their visit.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist patients and guests with their needs, such as making appointments, providing directions, and other requests.
- Handle customer transactions, such as payments and scheduling, accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude at all times.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Monitor the waiting area to ensure a clean and presentable environment.
- Utilize basic computer functions and software to process customer information.
- Stay up-to-date with MedStar Health policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
