Job Description

To ensure that we are providing excellent service, we are looking for an experienced and organized Patient Financial Associate to join our team.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others, as well as a strong background in finance and customer service. They will be responsible for creating financial plans for our patients, ensuring accurate billing practices, and providing exceptional customer service.The successful applicant will have a comprehensive understanding of financial policies and regulations, a knack for problem solving, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be experienced in utilizing a variety of computer software programs.If you have the required qualifications and a passion for helping others, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create financial plans for patients and their families.
  2. Ensure accurate billing practices are followed.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and regulations.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex financial issues.
  6. Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Utilize a variety of computer software programs.
  8. Remain up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and policies.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism.
  10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the best possible care for patients.
