  1. Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients with mental health issues.
  2. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
  4. Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification In Psychiatry: The Candidate Should Be Board-Certified In Psychiatry By The American Board Of Psychiatry And Neurology (Abpn) Or Eligible For Certification.

  • Active Medical License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Unrestricted Medical License To Practice Psychiatry In The State Of Employment.

  • Experience In Outpatient Adult Psychiatry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Providing Outpatient Psychiatric Care To Adult Patients.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatments: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatments For Common Psychiatric Conditions Such As Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, And Schizophrenia.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Their Families, And A Multidisciplinary Team. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
