Operational Excellence Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute performance improvement initiatives to help MedStar Health reach operational excellence and continuous improvement.
2. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs while driving improved outcomes.
3. Provide recommendations for process improvement initiatives and communicate findings to stakeholders.
4. Lead projects to ensure successful and timely completion.
5. Develop and analyze performance metrics and reports to track progress.
6. Monitor process improvement initiatives and suggest corrective actions, if necessary.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Assist with the development and implementation of training programs.
10. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
