Nurse Manager - Stem Cell BMT

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of the unit’s patients, identifying and implementing clinic policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Our ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills to the position.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience. Previous experience in a management role is highly preferred. The successful candidate should have exceptional interpersonal communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other healthcare personnel. The Nurse Manager should possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
