Nurse Manager Occupational Health Clinical Ops

MedStar Health is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Nurse Manager to lead our Occupational Health Clinical Operations. The Nurse Manager must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner License and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field. At least five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, as well as a current Occupational Health Nurse Certification is required. A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving aptitude, and an ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands. They must be able to work collaboratively with other health care professionals, and have a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
