Medical Transporter

MedStar Health is seeking an experienced Medical Transporter to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has experience in transporting patients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift and move medical equipment and supplies. The successful candidate will also have experience following policies and procedures, as well as a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
2. Transport patients safely and securely.
3. Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies in accordance with safety and security protocols.
4. Maintain a clean and organized transport area.
5. Follow all established policies and procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
7. Assist with patient care needs as needed.
8. Support other departments in delivering quality healthcare services.
9. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
