Medical Assistant - Ob/Gyn

The successful candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule in our fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma/GED- Medical Assistant Certification- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in an Ob/Gyn setting- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology- Ability to understand and follow instructions- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Aptitude for providing patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

1. Assist physicians in providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
2. Perform routine clinical procedures, such as taking vitals, collecting specimens, and administering medications.
3. Maintain patient records and track patient progress.
4. Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction with their medical care.
5. Educate patients and their families about medical treatments and procedures.
6. Assist with scheduling appointments and ensuring the timely completion of medical tests and exams.
7. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
8. Ensure all medical equipment is clean and in proper working order.
9. Follow all HIPAA regulations and guidelines to protect patients' privacy.
10. Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
