1. Oversee and manage the coordination between hospital and health plan teams to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the coordination between hospital and health plan services, with a focus on enhancing patient care and outcomes.
3. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of hospital and health plan coordinators, setting goals and objectives and ensuring their successful achievement.
4. Serve as a liaison between hospital and health plan teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
5. Collaborate with senior management to develop and monitor the budget for hospital and health plan coordination activities.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations of hospital and health plan coordination team members, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
