- Oversee and manage the coordination between hospital and health plan teams to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the coordination between hospital and health plan services, with a focus on enhancing patient care and outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of hospital and health plan coordinators, setting goals and objectives and ensuring their successful achievement.
- Serve as a liaison between hospital and health plan teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and monitor the budget for hospital and health plan coordination activities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of hospital and health plan coordination team members, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital and health plan executives, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in hospital and health plan coordination, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to hospital and health plan coordination, including HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to hospital and health plan teams on all coordination-related matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Health Plan Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Experience In Project Management And Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Deadlines.
