Laboratory Supervisor (Blood Bank)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to the blood bank staff

10. Train, coach, and mentor laboratory staff to ensure a high level of competency
11. Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide recommendations to improve laboratory operations
12. Assist with budgetary planning and forecasting to ensure cost efficiency
