1. Provide comprehensive and compassionate wound care services to inpatient population.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop evidence-based treatment plans for complex wounds.
3. Utilize strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
4. Conduct thorough wound assessments and provide appropriate interventions, including wound dressing changes, debridement, and wound vac therapy.
5. Educate patients and their families on wound care management and promote patient self-care.
6. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
7. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
8. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean wound care environment.
9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on new wound care techniques and technologies.
10. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families, providing emotional support as needed.

12. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
