1. Provide exceptional mental health care to patients in an inpatient setting.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
3. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment options.
4. Utilize evidence-based practices to provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients.
5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
6. Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping mechanisms.
7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and any changes in care.
8. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
9. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.
10. Stay current on advancements and developments in the field of psychiatry to ensure the most up-to-date and effective care for patients.
