Finance Project Manager

Creates and prepares various monthly reports on financial performance of MedStar NRH operations and disseminates to service directors, vice presidents and other senior management personnel. Builds and maintains all financial reporting and planning systems - automating all relevant reports where possible. Creates financial models and continually improves reports to assist the management team’s ability in optimizing resources and in support of business development activities. Performs ongoing analyses to measure and recommend improvement in MedStar NRH’s cost structure, operational productivity, resource utilization, price margins, reimbursement maximization and service line profitability. Manages the creation of sensitivity models to prepare and update the long range financial forecasts of the hospital and its outpatient network. Coordinates and monitors the annual external audit of financial statements of Joint Ventures.
