Electrophysiology Device Registered Nurse

To be successful, the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an Electrophysiology Device Program, or in a closely related field. In addition, the candidate should possess a valid RN license in the state of Maryland. Knowledge of current clinical standards of care, legal and regulatory requirements, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with clinical standards of care and legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborate with the Electrophysiology Device Program team to ensure quality care.
3. Monitor patient progress and keep up to date on relevant clinical research and evidence-based practices.
4. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control policies.
6. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
7. Assist with the development and implementation of educational programs for staff.
8. Participate in the development of clinical protocols and practice guidelines.
9. Maintain valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
10. Remain current on changes in the healthcare industry and new developments in the field.
