Director Patient Safety, Risk & Claims

MedStar Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Patient Safety, Risk & Claims to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Patient Safety, Risk & Claims Departments and will be accountable for designing and implementing patient safety initiatives, developing risk assessment protocols, and managing related activities and processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will possess a combination of exceptional managerial, strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
