As a Diagnostic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.   1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds accurately and efficiently.
  2. Ensure that all imaging equipment is in proper working condition and report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate department.
  3. Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions they may have.
  4. Position patients correctly for imaging procedures to obtain the best quality images.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procedures performed.
  7. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the most effective imaging techniques for patient diagnosis and treatment.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in diagnostic imaging technology and techniques.
  9. Provide excellent patient care, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the procedure.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
  11. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the performance of duties.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with maintaining accreditation standards.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  14. Attend continuing education programs and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Diagnostic Technologist, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Diagnostic Imaging Equipment And Techniques, Including X-Ray, Mri, Ct, And Ultrasound.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
