- Develop and implement community health programs that address the needs of diverse populations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program design and implementation.
- Conduct needs assessments and research to identify health disparities and gaps in services within the community.
- Create and maintain partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and reach.
- Develop program budgets and monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff and volunteers.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Develop and maintain program materials and resources, including educational materials and outreach materials.
- Develop and deliver trainings and presentations to community members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in community health and public health initiatives.
- Participate in community outreach events and activities to promote program awareness and engagement.
- Communicate program updates and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to community health programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with funders and assist with grant writing and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, promoting a positive image and fostering trust and collaboration.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Public Health, Health Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Community Health Program Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Local And National Public Health Policies And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Community Organizations And Healthcare Professionals.
Experience With Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation, As Well As Budget Management And Grant Writing.
