  1. Develop and implement community health programs that align with the mission and goals of MedStar Health.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the unique health needs and concerns of the community.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community leaders, and government agencies, to develop effective and sustainable programs.
  4. Create and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  5. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  6. Serve as a liaison between MedStar Health and community partners to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members and stakeholders to promote participation and support for programs.
  8. Plan and coordinate community outreach events to raise awareness and engage the community in public health initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current public health trends and research to inform program development and keep programs relevant.
  10. Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to leadership and stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other forms of communication.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to community health programs.
  12. Provide guidance and support to program staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Serve as a role model and advocate for healthy behaviors and practices within the community.
  14. Continuously strive to improve and innovate community health programs to better serve the needs of the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Public Health, Community Health, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Community Health Program Coordination Or Related Role.

  • Knowledge Of Local Community Resources And Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Community Partners.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Program Plans And Strategies.

  • Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, With A Focus On Evaluating Program Outcomes And Identifying Areas For Improvement.
