Job Description

MedStar Health is looking for an experienced, passionate professional to join our team as the Communication and Interpreter Services Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing the communication and interpreting services within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the language services industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the communication and interpreting services within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest standards of language services are met.
  3. Monitor and evaluate language services to ensure quality and accuracy.
  4. Monitor and report on performance metrics.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and practices.
  6. Train and develop staff members in language services.
  7. Maintain and update documentation related to language services.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with language service providers and vendors.
  9. Develop and manage budgets related to language services.
  10. Act as a liaison between the organization and language service providers.

Compensation
