Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to nurses and physicians in the delivery of patient care.
2. Display excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals in a professional and friendly manner.
4. Follow hospital policies and procedures.
5. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
6. Maintain patient records and medical documentation.
7. Assist with administrative tasks as requested.
8. Assist with patient transfers and positioning as needed.
9. Perform basic laboratory tests and other tasks as directed.
10. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate medical staff.
