Job Description

MedStar Health is seeking a passionate and talented Clinical Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a combination of medical operations experience and administrative skills, allowing them to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of care.The successful Clinical Administrator will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and other stakeholders. They will also be adept at problem-solving and resource allocation. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.The minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities of a Clinical Administrator:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
  2. Monitor quality of care and patient satisfaction, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  3. Work closely with medical staff and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of care meets all standards and regulations.
  4. Oversee daily operations and provide administrative support as needed.
  5. Analyze data and ensure accuracy in reporting and data entry.
  6. Develop and maintain budget and resource allocation.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  8. Coordinate meetings and events as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices.
