- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of MedStar Health.
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, answering questions and providing information about services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal and medical information, insurance details, and billing information.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth and timely patient care.
- Monitor and track clinic expenses, including supplies, equipment, and staffing, to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Help develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Train and supervise administrative staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with other departments within MedStar Health to promote a seamless and integrated healthcare experience for patients.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in clinic operations, making recommendations and implementing changes as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Osha.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Clinic Or Ambulatory Care Setting.
Strong Organizational And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Providers, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
