  • Greet and welcome patients upon arrival to the clinic, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources and staff time
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records, both physical and electronic
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate communication of patient information
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes
  • Oversee inventory management for clinic supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as needed
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the clinic
  • Train and supervise support staff, ensuring they adhere to clinic policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with external providers and facilities to schedule referrals and consultations for patients
  • Attend meetings and provide input on ways to improve clinic operations and patient experience
  • Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Clinic Or Outpatient Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Foster A Positive Work Environment.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, As Well As Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Scheduling Systems.
